DigitalMR is an early stage high tech company in the space of market research and marketing. Following 4 years of focussed R&D in A.I. - financed by multiple government grants and self generated cash - we have developed a lot of unique I.P. some of which is patent pending. The main areas of our research are: text analytics - NLP, sentiment & semantic analysis, emotion detection and scoring, automated image theme and sentiment analysis. We work with blue-chip multinationals such as P&G, SABMiller, DIAGEO, Vodafone, Saxo Bank, YPO, Nielsen, TNS, and many more. We are already disrupting a 60 Billion US$ industry.

DigitalMR is at an inflection point and is therefore looking for a talented Technical Lead/Programme Manager who could become its full-time CTO after 12-18 months on the job, depending on experience. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the adaptation, evolution, and technical delivery of the current products - listening247 and communities247, as 'do it yourself’ software as a service. The role is based in London and involves management, application specification, architecture and development - hence a strong coding background ideally related to Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning would be advised. Communication and coaching competencies are essential to define and drive strategy, and keep internal teams focused.

The ideal candidate should possess most (if not all) of the following skills and experience:

  • Product development - working on large scale distributed systems architecture
  • Experience with SaaS model
  • Team management (Scrum master / Team manager)
  • Practical experience with the full SDLC
  • Experienced Full Stack Developer
  • Understanding of the Agile principles
  • Experience with DevOps
  • Experience with Big Data and Machine Learning disciplines

The successful candidate will report to the CEO and will be a senior member of the management team and will also represent the company in conferences and client meetings. Applications from senior software engineers or Programme Managers and architects will be considered.

Annual Gross Salary is £45K-£50K and importantly a significant amount of company shares plus performance based annual bonus are on offer.
