IT Service Desk Advisor
Our client is keen to recruit a Service Desk Technician.
They are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, great attention to detail and a Team Player. A good technical knowledge within the Storage/System/Network arenas would be a distinct advantage
The role is to provide telephone triage and site support to our client’s staff and customers, working to customer Service Level Agreements. Duties include updating the Database with call status and information, ensuring all parties are informed, developing and extending technical and product knowledge and providing reports where required.
This is a permanent position working 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
