We here at Witton are working alongside an award winning independent client looking for a Financial Management Administrator to join their company and integrate into their successful ways in order to help with growth and continue their award winning success.

Experience within a financial service sector is necessary, looking for a driven and dedicated individual as this client will provide an excellent career path within Financial Management.

This Financial Management Administrator role will include:

  • To provide a pro-active administration/PA service to Consultant(s)

  • Make client appointments on behalf of the advisers

  • Process new business

  • Monitor pipeline business using diary systems

  • Ensure client data held

  • Keep telephone/meeting notes on client file

  • Client liaison by phone, in person and written

  • Maintain and keep organised, compliant client files

  • Generate client listings for mailshots, clients to contact etc

  • Produce list for Consultants of clients to contact

  • Ensure administration standards are maintained and done so Compliantly and any personnel issues are addressed

  • Conduct client file audits and ensure appropriate measures are taken for 're-claiming’ files for central filing

  • Obtain and produce client portfolio valuations

The ideal candidate for the Financial Management Administrator role will be:

  • Financial Services background would be advantageous however not essential

  • Excellent telephone manner and ability to converse with all levels

  • Strong administration skills

  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to ever changing situations

  • P/A strengths when supporting Consultants

  • Keen interest in developing and passionate
