We are delighted to have an exciting opportunity available for you to join a fast-growing software company in Leeds, becoming a part of their highly customer focused IT support team. You will be responsible for resolving queries remotely or over the phone and assisting, advising and training customers on this exciting bespoke software.

You will be supported with full training and this will continue through regular reviews to tailor ongoing training to areas in which you would like to improve. As this company are one of the fastest growing Tech companies in the North, there will be many opportunities to develop and progress, with several career paths available for you to follow. In return, you will be expected to possess ambition, self-motivation and a keen interest in progressing your career.

A good understanding of Windows desktop and server operating systems, as well as common networking technologies are required, likely gained in a previous helpdesk role.

Experience in the education sector is not essential but would be seen as a distinct advantage.
