My client is leading in the fast-paced world of social and mobile gaming, blending science and art and producing highly engaging games with millions of players worldwide. Due to growth and success they are looking to hire a Live Ops Team Manager.

The Live Ops Team Manager is responsible for heading special sales, game launches, campaigns, CRM pop ups, and applying engagement events to drive user engagement. This is done through initiatives, personalization, customer segmentation, and engagement. The Live Ops Team Manager will work closely with the Product Team to implement new feature requirements that will improve game performance. This gaming company is extremely collaborative in nature, the company goals and ethos is clear, and this is evident through its continued success.

The role of the Live Ops Team Manager is crucial they will be responsible for pushing the team forward, and their ideas will have an immediate impact on the business, profitability and success of the games.

Skills Required

  • Experience in Live Ops Management (campaigns, CRM pop ups, retention channels, special sales, new game launches, engagement events )

  • Experience of running A/B Tests

  • An understanding of data and analytics

  • Degree educated in a numerate discipline (Science, Maths, Economics, Business)

  • Experience in social casino, gambling or gaming is preferable.
