With some previous helpdesk IT support experience you will have a friendly, confident and outgoing personality with a real desire to learn more and progress quickly. This will be a service desk telephone and remote support based position where you will be taking calls from a variety of external SME businesses.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT helpdesk analyst to join a well-established and leading IT services organisation going through continued growth and expansion. You will be working in a team of experienced IT helpdesk analysts providing 2nd line support, troubleshooting and maintenance, with excellent career opportunities to be promoted up to the 3rd line IT team and the client facing IT consultancy team.

Previous experience on an IT service desk will be highly beneficial. Key technologies will include:
- Active Directory
- MS Office & Outlook
- Windows 7, Windows 8 &/or Windows 10
- MS Exchange Server &/or Office 365
