Head of Network Services - Bristol
Our client is a market leading and innovative ISP company providing managed internet services. With its intelligent data network and complex infrastructure, it is evolving its services within the ever advancing technologies of broadband & Wifi / Wireless including Internet of Things (IoT), Smart Homes, digital media and VOIP. Our client has over 50% share of its target market and has seen revenues grow 20% year on year for the last 5 years.
Due to growth, this new vacancy has been created to deliver an outstanding level of service to customers via the provision of the technical platform. Strategy, leadership of the Technical Operations function (NOC, Technical Services, Core Platform, Wireless, Systems, Security and corporate IT), SLA management, incident & problem management, process improvement, service transition and financial management will all be within your remit.

We would like to hear from you if you have:
- Managed an infrastructure or networking function
- A networking background with understanding of Cisco technologies
- Managed a team of more than 10 people
- A track record of driving change, continuous improvement and process improvement
- Strong leadership, influencing and mentoring ability
- A customer focussed approach
- ITIL awareness
- MSP or ISP experience would be beneficial but not essential
Salary: £70,000 + car / car allowance + benefits
