My Client is a small company based in Bristol city centre. They have been producing software and apps for the catering industry for over a decade. 

 Due to rapid company growth they are looking for a Support Desk Analyst to receive queries by phone or email and work with customers to resolve them effectively.

Duties

• Answer all support requests in a timely and professional manner

• Entering all phone calls, voicemails and emails into the IT Service Desk call logging software

• Controlling and owning all calls logged from initial assessment through to resolution whilst ensuring the customer is kept informed of the situation

• Escalate to third line support if all other options have been exhausted

• Provide advice, help and support in response to customer queries. 

Position Requirements

• Demonstrate practical experience providing customer support

• Be patient and effective when dealing with difficult customers

• Be able to engage and communicate effectively with a range of customers.

• Educated to degree level

• Have sound IT skills and experience of a range of software packages
