Salary: Circa - £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience, plus a great uncapped commission package.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Location: Horsham, West Sussex
The successful candidate will be diligent and well-organised, have strong experience in leading and overseeing a team of telesales executives, and will be ready to engage with and represent the business as a whole. In addition, the candidate must be experienced in coaching sales staff in order to maximize sales revenue and establish a strong team dynamic.
Managing a team of professional sales agents.
Responsible for ensuring all agents' output reflect their potential and meet with pre agreed individual and group targets.
To achieve/exceed all revenue targets set.
Training and development of the team. Monitoring KPIs as a means of implementing change to improve performance.
Conducting one to ones and appraisals. Recruitment and selection. Compiling reports. Putting into place effective operations to achieve departmental targets. Leading by example.
The ideal applicant will have a clear passion for sales and a positive, can-do attitude towards their role. With proven experience in change management, record of meeting targets and leading a team, you will be career focused and self-motivated to get the best from your team.
A least 2 years’ sales experience.
Proven management skills, with experience of leading a team.
Excellent understanding of people development and team motivation.
Strive for continuous improvement and changing focus of the team as required.
Self-motivated with developing business skills and excellent communication.
