You'll enjoy a great deal of variety as you'll oversee multiple audits, run high profile projects, and contribute significantly to the Operations strategy. Responsibilities will include:

-Managing a team of 4 as they deliver engagements which will be at times complex and high profile in nature
-Retaining oversight during testing, ensuring that both the audits' quality and progress meet the standards expected, and that the testing completed fulfils the scope of the audit plan
-Setting standards for rigour and efficiency, and making sure that resources are allocated flexibly and effectively within your portfolio
-Contributing to high quality and impactful written engagement reports produced by your team, and providing the business leaders with advice on prudent risk management
-Building credibility and trust with business stakeholders to enhance the Internal Audit's reputation as an objective and trustworthy business partner

To be successful in this role you will be a qualified professional with outstanding interpersonal skills. The role will involve a small amount of International travel but this will be planned in advance and UK travel will be limited (5-10%) with you being able to enjoy the flexibility of working from home and making use of easily commutable office functions in the North West and West Yorkshire.
