A leading events company are looking to hire a Digital Specialist to work directly for the Director of Digital in their central London offices. This is a global company which are looking to develop a number of their own digital products for their events. The main activities will be starting from:

• Supporting and providing innovation to all the clients Companies on their multi-channel digital strategies and marketing efforts, including their CRM and CEM strategies.
• Guiding and supporting all the clients Companies in their dealings with third party technology providers and partners.
• Championing the importance of data and the use of insight to improve business decision making. This will include the formulation of measurement frameworks and identification of KPIs to inform the ROI of initiatives and tactics across all channels.
• Leading on the analysis of fan engagement, driving data acquisition solutions, delivering hands-on reporting and analysis, and telling the end-to-end data and digital story to deliver business results.
• Leading the cross business European digital working group to share experience and knowledge and drive improvement. This will mean the role requires some international travel.

• Deep knowledge of analytics tools, approaches and best practices, particularly within the context of measuring the ROI on integrated, multi-channel, content marketing programs.
• Working knowledge of common marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and their relevant metrics, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and MS Dynamics.
• Understanding of business statistics, experimentation, multi-variate and A/B testing principles, predictive modelling, and customer/audience segmentation.
• Experience of supporting a multi-channel customer engagement strategy, including the delivery of a mobile platform across multiple brands.
• Passionate about learning and applying new technologies, concepts, and processes to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and business impact.
• Experience and ability in briefing analytics resource on behavioural targeting, propensity models, segmentation requirements.
• Have the ability to form good, effective working relationships with all levels of staff.
• Be able to use initiative, work with minimum supervision, organise your time effectively, and deliver to agreed timescales.
• Have a record of producing accurate detailed reports, of paying attention to detail and of working to agreed standards.
