Our a client, a rapidly growing IT Services company based in Central London, are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their dynamic fast-paced team. This position will require the Service Desk Analyst to engage with clients on a daily basis and as such previous experience working in IT Services is strongly preferred.

Service Desk Analyst duties:

*Providing Onsite and remote support to a diverse and prestigious portfolio of clients
*Working predominantly on MS Server 2003/08/R2/SBS, Microsoft Exchange 2003/07/10.
*Creating & Administering Virtual environments using VMware ESXi and Hyper-V.
*Installation, service, repair of Desktops & Laptops.
*Resolving tickets on or before time in line within an agreed SLA.
*Checking & Monitoring client servers and backups and responding to flagged failures.
*Installing service packs and critical updates onto managed client servers in and out of hours.
*Delivery & Deployment of Software across clients' networks
*Domain Name Management, Transfers & DNS Control.

Skills and Attributes:

*At least 2 years' experience in IT
*IT Services Experience (strongly preferred)
*An IT Degree (Preferable)
*MCITP/MCSA/MCSE (strongly preferred)
*Excellent interpersonal skills
