2nd Line Desktop Support - for a Managed Services company, Exchange, AD,

- £27 to £30k, Holborn Office 365, Active Directory, Helpdesk, Desktop Support, Windows Server, Group Policy.

A fabulous opportunity to join a leading Managed Service Provider based in London who requires an experienced 2nd Line Engineer to join a dynamic and focused industry leading team.

Excellent problem solving and a strong track record of resolving escalated calls required. If you are happy communicating with clients and representing yourself and a leading managed services provider to help continue to drive this established and rapidly growing business forward apply for this role!

The client base includes a range of clients and technologies in the creative and financial sectors. You will be dealing with all levels up to and including director level. An MSP background is essential.
