Cobalt Recruitment is working alongside a boutique managing agent in the search for a standout individual to join their team as a Facilities Manager. The role has come about due to their sustained success, with a great opportunity to share in this and grow internally within the company.
Key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Setting, managing and reconciling service charge budgets alongside senior staff members.
- Undertaking frequent FM audits to ensure H&S compliance is displayed consistently.
- Selecting and coordinating external service providers and the negotiation of service contracts to ensure that these contracts have been competitively tendered for.
- Sharing your knowledge with current junior colleagues on specific projects.
As the successful candidate, you must display a broad knowledge of total FM, with previous experience of managing a portfolio of commercial buildings being essential. You must be a professional individual with an emphasis on delivering a high standard of customer service, and have IOSH as a minimum health and safety qualification.
