Assistant Store Manager - Brent Cross

The main aim of this role is to ensure the smooth day to day running of a retail location.
In partnership and alongside the Store Manager you will be responsible for the store’s commercial and operational objectives. You will help maximise profitability of the store through managing budgets, minimising losses and delivering excellent customer service.
- Work within company ethos and ethics to achieve the business objectives
- Implement and uphold company policies and procedures,
- Training and development of new and existing staff
- Reaching sales targets
- Dealing with customer service/ issues and complaints
- Overseeing stock control and receiving orders
