HR Business Application Support Analyst
Location: Reading, Berkshire
Salary: £40,000 + Benefits
An HR Application Support Analyst is required to work for the UK's Leading Engineering Support Services Organisation as part of their Information Services Division based in Reading, Berkshire.
The Application Management Support team that you will sit within are responsible for supporting and developing the SAP implementation across the group. This role will involve supporting and developing their HR Technology solutions, primarily SAP SuccessFactors.
Responsibilities will include supporting the implementation, administration and customisation of SuccessFactors Human Capital Management System; supporting end users with business and system issues; Supporting the business with data migration, including data cleansing, mapping and importation as well as being the first point of call and subject matter expert for any HR system queries.
Development of user materials (Communications, process flows, presentations and training materials) to support continuous improvement activities.
The successful candidate will have business/technical knowledge of HCM/HR and SuccessFactors technology solutions which will enable you to provide support to end users.
Strong communication skills allowing you to build relationships with your customers
Experience with HR technologies, while supporting end users in an HRIS or Support environment.
You will be required to hold SC Clearance or be able to obtain SC on acceptance of the position.
