3rd Line IT Support Engineer
Established for over 20 years, we have been providing top quality maintenance and support in central London. We specify and install new hardware and software, provide after-sale support for IT infrastructure and resolve any computer issues. An opportunity has now arisen for a 2nd/ 3rd Line Support Engineer to join our team.
This is a demanding but rewarding role with solid 2nd/ 3rd line experience ready to take their next step in IT support. The successful candidate will benefit from ongoing training and the possibility of career progression.
To be considered for this position, you must have:
·Managing TCP/IP protocols as well as strong networking skills including fault tracing
·VPN & Firewall management
·A full knowledge of Microsoft Server, Active Directory, SCCM integration and Microsoft Exchange full Admin / Installation
·Extensive knowledge and management of data backup, both internal & cloud
·Knowledge of both server and desktop hardware
·Excellent Interpersonal skills
As a customer facing Support Engineer, you must have strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise your workload.
