Due to contiued growth Hales Home Care have an exciting vacancy for a Care Coordinator to join our domiciliary care branch in Grimsby.
Working as a Care Coordinator you will be responsible for assigning care workers to our service users. You will liaise with social workers and local authority departments as well as private clients and be responsible for ensuring that quality and compliance are maintained at all times. You will assist with providing support to Senior Carers, Supervisors and Care Workers throughout your allocated area and assist with branch admin including processing payroll.
We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate experience within the care profession, ideally home care; excellent planning and organisation skills; the ability to maintain office procedures and systems; the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships; a patient nature and competent IT skills including Microsoft Office.
