THE ROLE: As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling lift maintenance contracts into a broad range of end users. Customers could include; hospitals, shopping centers, retailers and corporate offices. This is an account management focused role, which will see you working with business owners, facilities managers and maintenance engineers.

THE PERSON: You will have a naturally consultative style and the ability to influence a broad range of decision makers. Product knowledge isn't important, but you will need to have a strong track record of account management and a reasonable technical aptitude. You will also have a good sense of humour and enjoy a lively working environment.
