Line Manager - 12 Month FTC
My client, a leading managed service provider, are looking for a Head of Engineering Services to join their team on a 12 month FTC.
You will be the line manager responsible for the day to day management of the Engineers and Junior Consultants. Although they do not require someone with in depth IT knowledge, good interpersonal skills and people management skills are essential. You will be working closely with Sales Account Managers, Project Office, Business Development Managers and Services Staff.
They are looking for someone with experience within a similar role who has previously had staff reporting in to them. You will be carrying out performance reviews, managing staff development and induction programmes, and arranging staff training. The right candidate will be self motivated, poses excellent time management and will have had previous experience within people management.
