Team Leader - New Store Opening - £17,000 - £18,000 + 10% Bonus Potential + Structured Training & Continued Career Development.

This leading brand already have hundreds of stores across the UK and are planning a further 150 new store openings over the next three years making it a very rewarding time to join. I'm looking to recruit dynamic Team Leaders / Supervisors / Shift Managers and Key holders from all over South Essex.

Locations Include: Billericay, Brentwood, Wickford, Basildon, South End On Sea & surrounding areas.

They are the market leaders of what they do- their stores provide customers with a premium product in a state of the art environment. Their selected range of fresh food ranges include ready meals, fresh produce, sandwiches, wine, flowers and groceries. Customers have come to expect a very high standard of customer service to matches the premium product and premium environment.
As a Team Leader, you will have a hands on approach and have a natural flare for leadership. You'll manage a team of around 25 and always ensure your store is operating to the best possible standard.

Although you will think customer, customer, customer; you will also have a keen eye for detail and be passionate about the team and store standards too.
You will focus on effectively running shifts, both independently and with the support of your Store Manager & Deputy Store Manager. You will need to be a hands on manager with a passion for coaching and a desire to grow your team. You will create a fun, friendly and professional working environment, one that offers a memorable customer experience and a great place to work- This role certainly offers variety.
Think you've got what it takes?
Ideally you will have experience of leading a shift in a fast paced retail or hospitality environment or have some experience in leadership.
Due to the location of the store you will need to have a license and your own means of transport.
