Product Manager
Up to £55,000 P/A (£45-55,000)
Central London

My client in Central London are on the hunt for a Product Manager to drive the activation elements to this exciting start up.

The culture fit is vital for this role, you will sit in the heart of the business and will be able to move among a multinational, collaborative and authentic group. You are not afraid to voice making mistakes and speak up when you don't agree with ideas, you don't follow the status quo because it's easier.

If you want to join a company where you sit with and share ideas with the founder then this would be a great role for you. You will gel so well with your colleagues that you'd be happy to spend a weekend with them!
In this role you will be taking control of the web and mobile platform growth and activation. You will grow the user base while covering all aspects of the onboarding processes (covering all user understanding etc). You will be setting the vision among your team - you'll define KPI's, metrics and will measure activation efforts thus far.

The role will also incorporate working closely with stakeholders to work on, create and develop the roadmap. You'll improve user flows, set metrics & turn the vision into a reality by working with the engineers.

With this being a start up you will be wearing lots of different hats but will also be happy to do this - this is a challenging role and you need to be a driven, proactive hard worker that's happy to muck in.

Your experience will ideally incorporate a couple of different companies over three years so you have an awareness of how different companies cooperate. You need to have an in depth understanding of testing (A/B) and you have previously carried out a number of these tests to gain a clear vision of productivity positives and negatives.

You will realise that not everything is possible while also pushing the limits of what is, being realistic is a good thing but being motivated is also a good thing. You will have influential decision making skills and have previously worked in a start up. You will "get" product management, be user focused, be driven by metric effectiveness be motivated, flexible and can work to deadlines. You will have worked on growth products and funnel optimisation.

This is a multicultural environment and everyone is truly friends so it's important you can move confidently and happily among all types of personalities and work approaches.
