IT Support Technician
IT Support Technician for a local FMCG organisation, ideal for a junior/intermediate IT technician.

Your new role
Reporting to the IT Manager and working alongside other 1st/2nd line support technicians you'll provide on-site active-directory administration, desktop (Windows & Mac) and software support, ERP systems support including eCommerce application configuration and telephony troubleshooting. You'll also have the opportunity to work on core technical projects including systems testing and user training so a flair for business analysis would strengthen your application.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you'll have a junior/intermediate level of commercial experience in a similar role supporting users in an IT helpdesk environment. You'll ave been involved with troubleshooting systems/software issues and will feel confident working with users and applications in a live (and fast-moving) operational business environment.
