Our client is keen to recruit an enthusiastic individual to join our busy Stock Management Team.

This role is to ensure efficient operation of the Stores Department and provide accurate identification, storage and data input of stock for resale and recycle purpose. Dealing closely with both the clients Customers and staff. Managing customer owned stock, research and setting up new part numbers and stock locations, process part requests from the Team. Managing the Ebay shop.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Research part numbers and populate into a database
  • Manage stock holding
  • Ensuring stock is listed accurately and stored carefully
  • Set up new part numbers and stock ID’s and identify parts for resale
  • Deal with all parts requests from the team in the timescale required
  • Manage customer owned stock from the service collections and update accordingly
  • Processing of stock into local storage in a timely fashion
  • Deal with any discrepancies arising from incoming stock checks against purchases
  • Keep stores areas neat and tidy
  • Stock checking and investigating discrepancies of the company buybacks
  • To manage and list items for sale via the company eBay shop
  • Accurate data input skills
  • Excellent organisation skills both in warehouse and inventory management
  • Experience in eBay sales and usage
  • Enthusiastic, ambitious and a team player
  • Clean driving license, maybe required to drive company vehicle/van
  • Knowledge/understanding of IT hardware is essential
