Escalation Engineer - Contract - Reading - £26,000

Excipion are engaged on a search for an Italian-speaking Escalation Engineer to work as part of a customer support team and troubleshoot and resolve problems over the phone. Using specialist tools and process, you will identify issues and work with customers and resolve escalations from the support call centre.
Duties will include:
* Responding to cases in a ticketing system
* Researching and resolving cases
* Maintaining SLAs
* Identifying reoccurring or emerging issues and escalating to appropriate channels
* Collaborating with partners and team members; sharing best practise
* Strong IT skills

To be suitable for this role, you will need:
* Ability to speak fluent Italian
* Call centre or Customer Service experience
* Strong communication skills
* Extensive service-orientation skills
* Empathy and a desire to help others
* Strong problem solving skills
* Passion for technology / gaming

Location: Reading
Duration: Initial contract until 30th June with subsequent extensions thereafter
Salary: £26,000 per annum
