Our client is looking for an experienced Parts Director to join their group in the South.

You will need to be an excellent manager of people with an energetic nature and great attention to detail. The teams will need support and guidance to run an efficient and profitable operation, always ensuring that an incredible customer experience is given.You need to be a confident decision maker.

Alongside your customer-centric attitude, you will be commercially minded, passionate about the car industry, innovative, focused on people development and motivated by setting, achieving and exceeding targets.

All round parts experience is essential. Knowledge of trade sales would also be an advantage.

Role Requirements
To be a success in this role, you will have a broad range of management skills:
-Strong people management/skills particularly in terms of achievement through teams. Leadership style should be highly visible and hands on
-Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels, to ensure the performance of the group
-Motor industry experience, ideally a minimum of 5 years in a parts position with established track record in sales and profit delivery, cost control, stock management control and people management.
-Desire to achieve the highest standard of personalised customer care and engagement within the teams you support
-Good understanding and experience of IT and the CDK system.
-Flexible approach to work and adaptable to thrive in a changing environment..
-Meet key performance indicators and targets for the Parts departments
-Take actions to achieve consistently strong levels of customer satisfaction, whilst delivering profitability
-Work with team to develop understanding and implementation of customer focused environment, setting clear objectives/targets
-Support in the recruitment and coaching of Parts Managers to ensure they are operating to full potential, helping Dealership team to focus on succession planning
