Group HR Director
We are looking for a Group HR Director for a national organisation, so the successful applicant could be based anywhere.
The key responsibilities will include; HR Strategy, Policy, Leadership Development, Resourcing, HR & Payroll, ER, Pension Plan & Governance, TMQ & HSE Compliance.
This is a pivotal role in the company and has a wide range of responsibilities. The organisation has c40 dealer and service locations - giving flexibility and optimising vehicle availability. There are nearly 2000 employees across the group.
The company has a demonstrable commitment to continuous technical training - for both sales and technical colleagues - including a substantial apprentice programme (currently over 50 apprentices in training).
The organisation has grown significantly over the last decade and future growth is a priority.
The candidate will have already worked in a similar sized role and ideally with an automotive organisation.
