Our client is looking for a talented IT Service Management Lead to join their expanding workforce in Chelmsford.

As IT Service Management Lead you will be required to manage IT service processes and disciplines throughout the IT department.

You will also be responsible for collection, analysis and accurate communication of data to increase overall performance of service delivery.

Essential Experience:

§ Analytical, creative problem solving and communication skills
§ Experience working on difficult or demanding tasks requiring substantial effort and commitment
§ Performing work that results in concrete outputs or outcomes
§ Developing and maintaining ongoing working relationships requiring personal interaction and mutual support
§ Develop and lead customer engagement.
§ Good knowledge of business practices and financial management
§ Microsoft Technologies


§ ITIL Certification
§ ISO Certification processes
