Salary: £15,250 + increments every 6 months for the first 2 years

You are currently in an administrative role and also providing a good level of customer service over the phone, but feel restricted and in need of a role you can really get your teeth into, with guaranteed career progression.
We have an administration role with a difference! The purpose of the role is to get you fully trained up in readiness for a full blown customer service/case manager roleaa after just 3 months, along with a guaranteed salary increase.
Responding to telephone calls
Designation of email, faxes, correspondence and documents to the correct record
Setting up, data entry and processing of new Medical Assistance claims
Translation of incoming documentation if you are bi or multi lingual
In house classroom based training
On site gym and tennis courts
Free transfers to/from Chichester train station
Flexible working hours over a 7 day period (8am to 8pm)
28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
