My client is a long-established and highly respected IT MSP based in the Godalming area of Guildford, Surrey. They have a newly created role for a 1st line service desk analyst to provide telephone, remote & email support to a wide number of SME businesses in the Greater London, Surrey & Hampshire area.

To be considered for this position you will have some previous IT support experience and have a friendly, engaging & outgoing personality. You will have a passion for IT and a strong desire to quickly progress up to the 2nd line IT Helpdesk team.

As an experienced IT support technician you will have some experience with the following:
- Windows 7, Windows 8 and/or Windows 10
- MS Office & Outlook
- Office 365
- Active Directory
- Strong customer service focused skills
- Call logging & remote access software

My client is offering a salary of between £18,000 - £23,000 + pension, healthcare, dental & life assurance. As a Microsoft Gold Partner they will provide complete and formal MCSE training and certifications. They like to promote from within and will offer extensive opportunities to progress to the 2nd line support team, 3rd line support team, and the client facing senior consultancy team.
