Sales Advisor (Newmarket) - Job Summary

Are you an existing Sales Advisor, Sales Consultant or Sales Assistant in the Newmarket area,with a passion for beating targets through service driven sales approach? Do you have a keen eye for detail, ensuring the highest personal and professional standards? Can you demonstrate a consultative sales approach that has led you to consistently achieve sales targets? If you have come from a background in mobile phones, electronics, furniture, jewellery, automotive or a similar sales environment then we may have a fantastic sales advisor opportunity for you.

Sales Advisor - Role Responsibility

  • Have confident conversations with customers and exceed their expectations
  • Actively and positively promote and sell all products and services
  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times
  • Maintain high level of store and personal presentation
  • Achieve personal sales targets seeking feedback on performance
  • Take responsibility for the safety and security of the store and customers

Sales Advisor - The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience of working within retail or sales
  • Is passionate about personal development and seeing the results from their own ambition and drive
  • Takes time to understand the customers’ spoken and unspoken needs, using verbal and non-verbal clues
  • Builds rapport instantly with the customer and communicates authentically
  • Adapts quickly to evolving products and promotions and identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling
  • Shows a sense of pride and is keen to follow the safety and security procedures
  • Interested and has a good understanding of technology
  • Team player with a flexible attitude
  • Willing to go the extra mile
