Technical Support Engineer- Escalations Engineer - Project Engineer - 3rd Line Support - Desktop Support Engineer - Microsoft Desktop Windows - Windows Server - VMware - Hyper - V - Salary of between £27,000 - £30,000 - City of London.

I am looking for a Technical Support Engineer - Escalations Engineer - Project Engineer - 3rd Line Support Engineer - Desktop Support who will be an integral part of a growing Managed Service team in the City of London.

Key Skills:

  • Microsoft Server technologies (Install and Support)
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016
  • Microsoft Exchange 2010/2016
  • 2nd / 3rd Line Support experience
  • IT Service Desk Environment
  • Great Customer Service Skills

Your main responsibility will be to provide 2nd/3rd line support within a Microsoft arena, and will be focused upon day to day delivery of service solutions which will need to be completed in an effective manager adhering to the SLA's. When not out on project site you will be assisting the Service Desk with escalations from 1st / 2nd line.

Salary for this - Technical Support Engineer - Service Desk Escalations Engineer - Desktop Support Engineer - 3rd Line Support is up between £27,000 - £30,000 + based in London.
