Role: Store Manager
Salary: £22- £28,000k + plus Bonus (£32-38k OTE)
Locations -Staines

My client is a multi-faceted business in the retail and financial sector looking to recruit commercially focused store managers with a strong P&L background.
Working as a Store Manager managing a large profit center, you must be commercially aware and have the ability to coach and support your team to deliver results.
You will have retail experience as a current Store manager or an experienced large store Assistant Manager ready to take on next level of your retail career, you will have the aspiration to want to grow your skill set within your role.
You must have a desire to succeed using your management skills to support store operations.
You must be an excellent people manager with superior coaching skills, and a willingness to support the development of your team members.
You must have a passion for selling both yourself and through your team, and have the ability to succeed within a target related environment.
You must be inspiring, engaging and motivating to colleagues to deliver the highest level of customer service while encouraging a fun, friendly, atmosphere.
Enjoy coaching and developing store colleagues, ensuring everyone has the skills and knowledge to perform their role to their greatest potential.

The Person
You will be a commercial, creative thinker, you'll lead the team towards explosive sales and profit, whilst creating a slick and inspiring environment, both for your team to work in and for your customers to shop.
You must have had experience within a selling environment promoting sales by demonstrating merchandise and products to your customers.
You will be flexible and adaptable in your approach to work, you will be tenacious, hardworking and reliable.
In addition to this you will be a confident communicator with excellent organisational and problem solving skills with a real 'can do' attitude.
Experience of working in a high volume, fast paced retail business is essential.
Highly commercial, entrepreneurial, super focused and energetic with a proven record of delivering profit.
A problem-solver, data-interpreter and savvy business decision-maker.
A full understanding of profit and loss and the ability to translate it to manage a highly profitable operation.
An unshakably solid planner, with top-notch organisational skills who is ambitious, driven and self-motivated.
Somebody with a sense of urgency that can work at pace with attention to detail at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively managing the training and development of your team.
Full P&L accountability
Recruitment
Managing the store KPI's, sales & productivity targets.
H & S and in-store risk assessments.
Managing compliance to FSA regulations.
