One of the largest property owners in the UK is currently recruiting for a highly experienced in Facilities Management Services Support Manager for a role in Leeds and around.
Your new role
The Service Support Manager will report to the Senior FM Business Manager and this person is responsible for the delivery of key Facilities Management "back office" support functions within the business area and the management of low risk contracts/buildings.
Your main role is to support the Senior Facilities Business Manager in the relationship with suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
What you'll need to succeed
Must be highly development specialist knowledge in FM, Knowledge of range of specialist FM services. Working knowledge of H&S- ideally Hard Services, knowledge of HTMs HBNs for Soft FM knowledge of relevant legislation or standards. The role is primarily office based however, must be able to willing to travel on a daily basis- the role involves managing a team.
