IT Helpdesk Analyst
A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join an established Legal Firm based in London.
The IT Support Analyst will deliver 1st and 2nd Line Service Desk support effectively and in accordance with agreed service levels, standards and processes. Business users to take ownership of problems through to resolution.
IT Support Analyst duties:
* Taking telephone and internet support calls
* Remotely or in person diagnosing and resolving technical issues
* Providing server and Desktop support
* Escalating issues as necessary to senior levels
* Checking reports and event logs (and either dealing with issues or escalating as appropriate)
* Create users and reset passwords
Candidate Desirables for IT Support Analyst:
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Customer service / IT experience
*The ability to adapt to change
*A strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems
*Experience with using and troubleshooting Microsoft Office.
*Basic understanding of PC hardware set-up and configuration.
*The ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
