Sales Manager - Key Accountabilities:

We are now looking for a highly experienced office based Manager to manage a team of sales professionals. Enthusiasm, highly developed motivation skills and the ability to lead by example are absolutely critical qualities that the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate. Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;

  • Ongoing mentoring, coaching and personal development of each individual team member
  • Implementation of improvements to current operational systems, processes and best practices to support the achievement of business KPIs
  • Monitor, track and report on team performance

Sales Manager - Required Competencies:

  • Able to demonstrate a record of success in managing a telesales operation in a fast paced B2B environment
  • Achievement of clearly defined key performance indicators
  • A clear understanding of the sales cycle
  • The ability to implement processes to maximise the return on customers and new business prospects
  • Demonstrable experience in recruiting and developing new talent.
