Our Client are seeking candidates with exceptional energy and a strong desire to work collaboratively with health and social care partners, the voluntary sector and communities help shape and drive the shared delivery of early help and prevention services. Housing is also a key focus area ensuring that the most vulnerable residents have access to appropriate housing and ensuring that they support those threatened with homelessness at the earliest opportunity.
Alongside their early help and prevention approach, you will also drive their Leisure Services to play their part in the health and well-being of the residents while remaining commercially focussed.
Community capacity building is a key strand of their approach. Supporting elected members to fulfil their community leadership role, and building community assets are essential elements to their overall approach.
Demonstrating exceptional verbal and written communication skills you will need to have a proven track record of providing inspirational, strategic leadership, together with the ability to set and communicate a clear vision and direction.
