They are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Coordinator to deal with customer queries by phone and email.
You will be part of a busy team based in Horsham and will have the following skills and experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong IT skills (including MS Office)
- Very organised and efficient
- Smart, presentable and professional
Experience in a similar role would be an advatage, as would some experience of scheduling.
