We have an active need to recruit for an Admin Team Leader working for one of our leading clients.

The successful applicant will have the pleasure of looking after a small team so will need exposure dealing with all management duties including auditing, training and development.

Your duties will be varied but will include the following:

- Responsibility for staff performance development, training and new starter inductions, including audit, integrity checking and motivational management.

- Responsible for the creation and daily management of an administrative rota, ensuring that staff members are in tune with the range of tasks at hand and these are equally divided amongst team members.
