Working closely with the management team, you will deliver outstanding customer service to valued clients. You will be handling an array of enquires in relation to the company’s conveyancing services. Alongside this, you will be updating the database in line with the enquires as well as chasing contract packs, exchange dates and other documentation.
You will need to have a genuine interest in conveyancing, as this firm is keen to offer you outstanding progression and a real insight into the world of conveyancing. You must also have an excellent telephone manner and previous experience in a customer service role, alongside good IT and people skills.
