Client Account Manager - Key Competencies:

The successful candidate must have excellent communication and relationship management skills, along with solid experience within the IT/ Telecoms sector and a proven track record in sales. Key areas of experience and knowledge includes; but is not limited to;

  • Experience working in a busy sales environment
  • 3+ years’ direct sales experience in an Account Management or a business development focused role
  • Ability to exceed sales targets
  • Motivated and enthusiastic individual looking to develop a strong career with an industry leader
  • Good attention to detail

Client Account Manager - The Role:

  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to retain, manage and develop a set of key customer accounts
  • Identify opportunities within the existing account base for growth
  • Maintain strong customer relationships & conduct high level conversations with senior executives
  • Increase billed revenue through upselling and cross-selling of our voice and data services
  • Identify new clients through marketing campaigns and joint collaboration with service providers
  • Form a strategy for account reviews and contract renewals
  • Keep informed of competition and industry trends that may impact client business activities
