Service Desk Analyst
An IT service desk analyst is required by an industry leading business based at their Colchester office. You will be providing first line support to a broad range of users across a multi-site enterprise environment with specific responsibility for first line diagnosis and fix whilst providing a high level of customer service. You will be familiar with both an IT support and customer focused environment as you remotely access customer desktops to attempt first line fixes or accurately record the fault for escalation to second line. This requires a good understanding of Windows Operating systems and methodical fault diagnosis processes. You will be able to show previous service desk/1st line support experience, be an excellent communicator and be able to drive and have access to a vehicle. This is a permanent role that will provide a large number of career progression opportunities including more technical roles and team leadership.
