Our client is an industry-leading technology business based in Cambridge is seeking to recruit a new Director of Program and Change to join the team.
Ideal Candidate description:
The ideal candidate will have a software background. You will also have an understanding of Agile and Waterfall principles and be able to switch between projects working with both methodologies. You will have experience of running cross functional programs to challenging and demanding deadlines.
Job description and key responsibilities:
The role will include you starting up and running with and delivering cross-functional programs, across the full project lifecycle to ensure all outcomes are met.
You will be responsible to lead and demonstrate continuous improvement this will entail research of new and improved project, program, and development methodologies.
Shape and deploy departmental changes, ensuring understanding, and buy in.
