Supervisor / Team Leader / Shift Manager £17,000 - £18,000 +(Bonus) +(Great Benefits)

They are leading the way in what they do and recruiting a talented Supervisor to head up their Bucks Store! As a Supervisor in this retail brand you will learn to lead and deliver first class customer service in a busy, modern and successful store.

You will focus on effectively running shifts, both independently and with the support of your Store Manager & Deputy Store Manager. You will need to be a hands on manager with a passion for coaching and a desire to grow your team.

What you'll need:

You'll need retail, hospitality or Leisure industry experience.
You'll need to be energetic and driven with bags of personality.
You'll need to be passionate about excellent customer service.
You'll need to be mobile with your own transport.
