Web / App Support Engineer (with HTML, CSS, DNS) | £18k - £22k | Nottingham

Summary

Role: Technical Support Engineer

Location: Nottingham

Salary: £18k - £22K + benefits

Required skills: CSS/HTML/JQuery, verbal and written communication skills, basics of DNS,

Being part of a small team with a pleasant, enthusiastic and positive culture, customers will rely on you to fix their technical issues in a friendly and efficient manner. Your time will be spent supporting websites and applications in HTML, CSS and Javascript, so some experience/background is necessary. An interest in web design and coding is ideal as that is a potential point of progression. You will ideally have some previous commercial experience in a 1st / 2nd Line Support / Application support role, a strong academic background in Computer Science or related field, experience with CMS and Ticketing Systems. A good understanding of general internet technologies (including DNS) and some experience of supporting a SaaS product would be perfect.
