Business Analyst- HR & Payroll Software, who this would suit:

  • You might know a thing or two about business analysis, market research and have industry experience within the HR & Payroll software space (either working for a software company or managing HR & Payroll software within a company)
  • You’ll have solid stakeholder management and proven customer focus skills along with being a great communicator
  • You’ll have an enquiring mind, with tenacity and desire to exploit technology to challenge the world of HR & Payroll
  • You'll have subject matter and software product expertise in one or more of the following:
    • HR (hr management, workforce management, attendance and reward)
    • Payroll (multi-payment, multi-legislation)
    • Recruitment (application tracking, onboarding)
    • Talent Management (performance, reviews, appraisals, training & development)
    • Employee Engagement (schemes, rewards, charity, social media, social enterprise collaboration)
