Senior Front End Engineer - React/Node - Ecommerce

Do you want to work for one of the most successful technology brands in London as they look to rebuild their entire consumer facing platform with Node and React?

We are working with an international ecommerce team looking for a Senior Front End Engineer to join a new product team. The team are rebuilding a core consumer facing application from scratch, implementing containerised (Docker) Node Microservices and brand new Front End single page applications (SPAs) with React+Redux.

Alongside the rebuild of this specific platform, teams will be working together to start creating a new companywide style-guide and set of reusable React components under an inner-source model.

What they are looking for from you?

Expert knowledge of JavaScript - ES6/ES2015+
Some knowledge of React, commercial experience with at least 1 framework
Some know of Node for more than just tooling
Fluent in modern CSS e.g. SASS via BEM- ideally some knowledge of postCSS/styled-components

The team are happy for you to learn a lot with them making this a perfect opportunity to develop into an expert Senior JavaScript Engineer mastering Node, and React, whilst learning more about DevOps and cloud deployment. If you already have these skills it's chance to be heavily influential on one of the most high-profile project on this stack in London.
