£20,000 per anum + £35,000 OTE

We are currently in search of a Contact Centre Sales Team Manager to work with us on a 12 Month Fixed Term basis. Our Team Managers are a pretty focused bunch of people. They also play an integral role in the supervision and development of the Outbound Sales department. As a team manager your role will be to manage the performance of a team of advisors whose jobs are to convert sales leads via various group brands such as Carphone Warehouse, and e2save whilst striving to repeat and grow new business.

  • Experience in managing a sales team

  • Excellent decision making skills with proven ability to manage an effective risk reward balance
  • Advanced influencing skills across a wide range of levels
