We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Maintenance Manager to join us and be a part of the Away Resorts family.

You would be responsible for the general maintenance of the accommodation units, owners units, facilities and buildings, Grounds and the infrastructure of the park.

You will ensure that the buildings, accommodation units, owner units, decoration, equipment, facilities, services, amenities, roads, tracks and more are maintain to be safe, working efficient and attractive. You are responsible for the park operations health and safety.

You will manage the maintenance team and third party contractors to keep things working well and and maintenance jobs done right!

Are you approachable and always ready to support the team, be ready to muck in and the job done!

You will have experience in property maintenance, construction and facilities management, in a similar role, with a good understanding of budgets, P&L, and purchasing and ordering processes. Controlling ordering and stock level, management all assets and property in line with departmental objectives and targets.

You will have the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, with excellent organisational skills and a genuine drive to get the job done!
