MacKenzie King are delighted to be recruiting for an Accounting Assistant for a maternity cover for a well established client based in Ipswich. Reporting to the Accounting Controller to role will have the following duties:
- General Ledger processing.
- Reconciliation of payroll, AP control accounts and bank accounts.
- Management Expenses.
- Financial Reporting.
- Process company credit card statements.
- Assist with reporting requirement for month/quarter end close.
- Any adhoc finance duties as determined by the manager.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Good organisational skills, good attention to detail and deliver accurate and quality work.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- 2 years experience working in Accounts Payable/Treasury/Finance
